Startup Mentorship & Coaching
Have a great business idea but need guidance? Our Startup Mentorship & Coaching program pairs new entrepreneurs with experienced business leaders who provide hands-on coaching, advice, and support as you navigate the complexities of starting a new venture.
Business Development Workshops
Our series of workshops focuses on key areas of business development, including marketing, financial management, product development, and strategic planning. These sessions are designed to help both new and seasoned entrepreneurs sharpen their skills and drive their ventures forward.
EPICenter Accelerator (Coming Soon)
The Accelerator Program is designed for startups ready to scale. Over six months, participants will receive intensive coaching, access to capital, and networking opportunities with investors and industry leaders.
Youth Entrepreneurship Program (Coming Soon)
Provides high school students with hands-on experience in business. Through workshops, mentorship, and business pitch competitions, young people are encouraged to explore entrepreneurship as a viable career path.

The EPICenter Incubator Program is a 12-month program designed to support emerging entrepreneurs in turning their innovative ideas into successful businesses. This structured program provides startups with essential resources, mentorship, networking opportunities, and access to funding. By fostering a collaborative environment, we aim to equip entrepreneurs with the tools they need to thrive.

Connia Watson Memorial Scholarship
In partnership with the Greater Durham Black Chamber of Commerce, The EPICenter is proud to offer the Connia Watson Memorial Scholarship. This scholarship is dedicated to supporting aspiring Black entrepreneurs and students pursuing business-related fields. It is awarded annually to individuals who demonstrate a commitment to community development, entrepreneurship, and leadership.
Eligibility
- Applicants must be residents of Durham County.
- Be pursuing studies or launching a business in the fields of entrepreneurship, business, or social innovation.
- Demonstrate financial need and a commitment to community development.
